Jetbaj Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jetbaj platform — whether through the website at jetbaj.app, the Jetbaj mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all users of the Jetbaj platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without an account. Certain features of the platform — including placing bets, making deposits, and accessing games — are only available to registered users who have accepted these terms during the account creation process.

Your continued use of Jetbaj after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a Jetbaj account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Jetbaj employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Jetbaj platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Jetbaj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one Jetbaj account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. Jetbaj will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including Jetbaj support staff.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date.

Jetbaj accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds within it to another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Jetbaj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Jetbaj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your Jetbaj account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate, but processing times can vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Jetbaj aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Jetbaj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method must belong to the registered account holder.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification.
• Jetbaj reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not covered by Jetbaj.

If you believe a deposit has not been credited or a withdrawal has not been received, contact the Jetbaj support team with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and respond as quickly as possible.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Jetbaj are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, game, or event being wagered on. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet.

A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference from Jetbaj. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues, insufficient balance, or system errors are not valid and will not be settled.

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Jetbaj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of betting.
• Bets placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error — may be voided at Jetbaj's discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to additional rules regarding match status and data feed accuracy.
• Jetbaj reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance following official settlement of the event.

If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled within a specified period.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Jetbaj offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General rules that apply to all Jetbaj bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• Jetbaj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts — will be forfeited and the account closed.
• Jetbaj reserves the right to amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements on a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jetbaj platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Creating more than one account on the Jetbaj platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation.
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Jetbaj monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals held pending the outcome.

8 Responsible Gaming

Jetbaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. • Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Players under self-exclusion will not be permitted to create a new account during the exclusion period.

The Jetbaj name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• This licence does not include the right to scrape, index, or systematically download platform content.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to Jetbaj may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

11 Limitation of Liability

Jetbaj provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jetbaj will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from events outside Jetbaj's reasonable control, including network outages, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms limits Jetbaj's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Suspension and Closure

Jetbaj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against Jetbaj.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at Jetbaj staff or other players.
• Use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the Jetbaj support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

13 Changes to Terms

Jetbaj may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

If you continue to use the Jetbaj platform after updated terms have been published, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Minor changes — such as corrections to spelling, formatting, or clarifications that do not affect the substance of the terms — may be made without specific notification.
